As you prepare for the upcoming test administration, we encourage you to visit the Oklahoma Help & Support Site https://oklahoma.onlinehelp.cognia.org/ in conjunction with the Office of Assessments website https://sde.ok.gov/office-assessments as resources for finding information on the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) for grades 3-8 and the College- and Career-Readiness Assessments (CCRA): Science and U.S. History Content. Qualtrics – Test Security Forms https://oklahoma.onlinehelp.cognia.org/forms/.

The Sandbox has closed. The links and instructions for filling out the Test Security Forms on the Qualtrics platform have been posted to the Oklahoma Help and Support Site. Each person who holds one of the five roles during the test administration (District Superintendent, District Test Coordinator, Building Principal, Building Test Coordinator, Test Administrator) must fill out their individual form when the test administration is completed.

OSTP ELA/Reading Read-Aloud Accommodation (NS1)

All ELA/Reading Read-Aloud Accommodation (NS1) requests have been provided a response by OSDE. If your district’s requests were approved, the District Test Coordinator will receive an email once the test(s) become available for scheduling in the OSTP Portal on April 13, 2022.

Note: Any accommodation different than a standard OSTP accommodation for use on an OSTP test requires prior approval from the OSDE. Visit the Nonstandard Accommodations page for additional information.

Test Administrator and Test Proctor/Roving Proctor Training Requirements

Test Administrators and Test Proctors/Roving Proctors may meet their training requirements for the OSTP and CCRA: USH and Science Content by completing their applicable training module (e.g., "Spring 2022 Test Administrator Training" or "Spring 2022 Test Proctor Training") through the OKEdge/Next Thought platform.
