While school and district leaders examine student assessment performance, we urge you to also examine local variables (e.g., enrollment, participation, instructional conditions). Doing so will allow for performance to be interpreted through the lens of local context before “next steps” are determined. To support this, the OSDE is providing the following tools and resources:

September 23rd

  • School- and district-level assessments, enrollment, and participation rate data are available in the Accountability Reporting application and OSTP Data Portal.
  • SY 2021 Interpretation Overview, District/Administrator toolkit, and a recording of the Webinar is available on Assessment Guidance page to support local score interpretations.

Reminder: All parent portal accounts were reset for spring 2021. Therefore, families that did not register with their student’s STN by June 30, 2021, will need to register now to access their student results. A student STN can only be provided by schools.

As families review the information, they may have questions about their student’s results. Families with questions may come to schools for information. The OSDE has created resources to help you view the Parent/Student portal in an effort to support your families.

If schools have questions about student information or about the functionality of the parent portal, the BTC or DTC should call the Cognia Service Desk for more information.
