The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) would like to invite you to the Oklahoma School Testing Program’s (OSTP) annual training for District Test Coordinators (DTCs) hosted by the Office of Assessments. The virtual training will cover the Spring 2026 administration of the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP): Grade 3-8 assessments and Grade 11 Collegeand Career-Readiness Assessments (CCRA). This training is mandatory for all District Test Coordinators. DTCs who do not attend the required training may lose access to the Oklahoma School Testing Program Portal.
The presentation will provide information regarding the following topics:
- OSTP Test Administration Policies & Procedures for online and paper/pencil testing
- OSTP iTester Platform Training
- OSTP Programmatic Updates
- CCRA Updates
OSDE recommends Building Test Coordinators (BTCs) and Assessment Technology Coordinators attend this key training as well. BTCs who register and attend will satisfy their training requirements for the OSTP.
During the registration process it is imperative you register using the name that matches your state certificate. Otherwise, it will not count towards your PDU’s. Please retain all training certificates at the district level. Note: Certificates will be emailed to participants within 48 business hours after the completion of each training. If you do not receive your certificate of training after 48 business hours, please reach out to the Office of Assessments.
