OSTP Paper/Pencil Test Material Returns

As you prepare for your paper/pencil test material returns, it is essential that BTCs return all their materials to a central location established by the DTC for the return to Cognia. All paper test materials must be packed and sealed as outlined on the Return of Materials Poster that was included with your OSTP Paper/pencil shipment. Please note the following:

• For all OSTP Grades 3-8 scorable and non-scorable material, an automatic 1-day pickup has been scheduled for 5/5/25. If you prefer to return your materials earlier, you can utilize the self-schedule option; this must be done by 5/1/25. Please contact Cogina’s Service Desk at 866-629-0220 or oktechsupport@cognia.org when self-scheduling so the automatic 1-day pickup can be canceled.
• If you have self-scheduled your test material pickup or are taking advantage of the automatic 1-day pickup, UPS will arrive at the same district location where your paper/pencil test materials were delivered.
